How about a means of transferring mission-required loot items?

Some of us, upon completing mission groups, have left-over mission-required loot items that our friends sure could use. Having to repeat a mission to find mission-required loot items can be tedious at best, and a waste of valuable morale points. If those of us that have already finished those missions could transfer those loot items to friends in need, it would help us out by not having to warehouse those items, and those friends would get the benefit of our labors.
