It's a little outdated, but still useful. I do like the aircraft factory now as a base structure. As soon as you can build one or two and max them out on stars, do so. I've also started leveling more quickly due to the fact that I like the income that the higher leveled players get from missions. It comes in VERY handy for purchasing units, (they get extremely expensive at higher levels).
