Just a guess but maybe the players with !~RAS~! are the hardcore members. The other tags may signify rank in the alliance or they are pretenders. If the other tags are being reamed by !~RAS~! members , they ain't !~RAS~! I presume. My personal favourites are !~RAS~! NBK Tommy-Gun and !~RAS~!Carpangler they visit everyday.
