I was watching and refreshing the sanctions tab every two seconds, nothing appeared on the board at all, or on my friends board for that matter, so he could'nt attack, the sanction went elsewhere, someone managed to claim it without it either showing on either my or my friends board,
Explanation please.
It would be nice to know as some players seem to have an uncanny knack of picking up the sanctions that are all to infrequently posted, to the detriment of other players
