Can you block a sort of a stalker or a nation that is attacking you for no reason?

Don't think that's possible, my advice is build your defences and attack the non playing characters as they pay better XP's, that way you wont make that many enemies.

Yes, i know its a war game, i just naively asked whether such annoying messages on the start up of war zone could stop! :/

Anyways, i will have to build up defenses as Harnie told and that's that, unless any developers have made any update or something regarding or related to this issue, this topic served its purpose.
