Missing gold

This morning i had 38 gold and at 6 pm i have only 8. Was talking to some other players and they say that they are missing gold as well
Check your gold and if you're missing some post here

yes it true , most my acounths did miss 20 to 30 gold today , i sure it lost just not make this bug take to long cause we will make a strike here lol

Left the Game 1,5 hrs ago to walk with my Dog ,been on 268 Gold ,if i been back i been on 244 ,who is my Gold ?
BTW im payin with real cash for ,bought on 1.4. Gold with the Mission boost ,been on 236 and 26lvl ups with 1 or 2 Gold till now ,it`s some things wrong !

I also encounter the same issue in the sudden decrease of gold in the same range (in terms of quantity and time) the others are complaining about. Kindly do the immediate need in fixing the bug. Thanks and a have a great day to all.

I had beetween 200 and 205 gold i think, now i suddently have 180.

We apologize for this. Some players have indeed lost between 1 and 30 Gold in the course of yesterday. We've pinpointed the exact error and, to compensate for the glitch, all affected players have received 40 Gold.

We've double-checked the glitch and I can assure you that no player lost more than 30 Gold.
But just to be sure, in your particular case, on the morning of April 3rd, you had 27 Gold, after which you collected a daily bonus of 3 = 30 Gold. During the day, the glitch caused the loss of 30 Gold. We've compensated with 40 Gold and somewhere during the 4th and 5th of April you've collected 6 more Gold from bonuses = 46 Gold (at the time of our check, you had 47 Gold).

We don't want to mistreat anyone, on the contrary. That's why we checked the logs, to make sure everything is in order and no player was left behind after the glitch was fixed. We have to apologize for it since it is our fault, but we made sure to compensate with more Gold than was taken.
There's not much we can do besides checking the logs - even though that is enough to clearly see how much Gold was involved - and I hope you'll reconsider your position. Still, thank you for all the support given until now.
