Collective sanctions released

As of today, we are rolling out the first version of collective sanctions. Right now it's not fully integrated in the game, we want to test it for a few days and to see your feedback. Only money can be added to a sanction right, now, items will come soon.
Here's how it works:
- When you click to Sanction a player, you can choose to pay the full sanction amount or to start a collective sanction. In this case, you have to pay 10% of the sanction amount. You receive a "Share with Friends" option - you have to click on this and share it on your profile / timeline, otherwise the sanction link will be lost (this is only for now, we will figure a way to track your collective sanctions in the future). From this moment, you have 12 hours to raise the required sanction.
- Any player that follows the link can contribute with at least 10% of the sanction and at most 90% of the sanction.
- If you are not able to raise the required amount in 12 hours, the money collected so far will be lost.
- If you contribute to a sanction, you cannot claim it.
- If you started the raise with the 10% amount required, you can always add more money to the sanction and increase your contribution.
- When the required amount is raised, the target will be automatically added to the Sanctions List (with a delay of a few minutes, as in regular sanctions).
- If you wish to sanction a player that has already a sanction raise in progress, the game displays the link where you can contribute.
- When you add money to a sanction, you'll also receive a "Ask for more help" option for spreading the word about the raise.
- You cannot contribute more than the required amount - the last contribution can be smaller than 10%.
Please let us know what do you think about this, we would like to hear your ideas in order to improve this feature. We know that you have waited for it for some time, the poll that we had a few weeks ago indicated that the majority voted for this feature, so please let us know if it matches your expectations.
